new highly compressed web video format. You need to
have Windows Mediaplayer 7.0 or newer installed.
Download it for PC or Mac here!
Many still prefers to use Windows Mediaplayer 6.4,
which can be downloaded here
(look for minimum version 6.4). Windows media files cannot be played with older versions than
Mediaplayer 6.4. The mpeg-1 format is
compatible with most computers and operating systems,
PCs as well as Macs. The video files are slightly
bigger. Take time to download the file first, if you
have a slow connection. Rightclick with the curser on
the link and choose "save as" - and save to
your desktop or whatever location you wish. To
