Technical help

Windows Media format is a new highly compressed web video format. You need to have Windows Mediaplayer 7.0 or newer installed. Download it for PC or Mac here!
Many still prefers to use Windows Mediaplayer 6.4, which can be downloaded here (look for minimum version 6.4). Windows media files cannot be played with older versions than Mediaplayer 6.4.

The mpeg-1 format is compatible with most computers and operating systems, PCs as well as Macs. The video files are slightly bigger. Take time to download the file first, if you have a slow connection. Rightclick with the curser on the link and choose "save as" - and save to your desktop or whatever location you wish.
